2. Atoms are made up of energy,
3. And energy is made up of consciousness.

How to Move Ahead in the Right Direction?

Let us discuss how to train your thoughts in moving ahead in the right direction ...

1. Listen to your thoughts.

It is very necessary that you get thoughts so that you can concentrate on the strong ones out of them which are giving you many sleepless nights.  Such positive thoughts have the ability to shape your lives.

2. Analyze your list of thoughts.

Which thoughts are negative among them and needed to be exploited? And Which are positive that we should consider as of higher priority?

3. Replace your 'Don't Want' with 'Wants'.

Do immediately replace all your 'Don't Want' with those ideas that you consider as your 'Wants'. They will help you to climb the ladder of success.
Start with imagining that image or an idea in your mind, and before you realize anything that idea will come to existence. Many big businesses & revolutions have become big in a similar manner.

Your thoughts and beliefs are the greatest power in the whole universe. Always ensure that you realize and know them!

Just Rewire Your Brain to Feel Happy: 6 Easy Hacks!

Easy tips to make yourself happy

If a householder moulds himself according to the circumstances just like nature moulds herself according to seasons and performs his Karma then only shall he acquires happiness.  ~ Rig Veda

We all know that life is full of ups and downs, it gives us both good and bad experiences but most of us remember the bad experiences more intensely. This is because our emotions influence how we process memories. Negative bias theory suggests that even when of equal intensity and emotions, things of a more negative nature (harmful/traumatic events) will have a higher impact on any person's behavior and cognition than something equally positive.

For example, do you remember exactly where you were when you learned of the 26/11 terrorist attack? Your answer is probably yes.

Considering that the brain plays an indispensable role in everything we think, feel, do and avoid, it is a matter of time that we should rewire our brain to feel happy. If we have that intense desire and make sustained efforts then we can really achieve this, we need to teach our brain to avoid paying intense focus towards negativity.

If you want to feel happier at the earliest, just follow these steps. But sometimes you just have to do what you think that you might need to do or make happen.

1. Improve your mindset.

Happiness already exists out there you just have to train your brain to notice all the positive frequencies and react joyfully to all of them. Recall all the good things, events and feeling whether small or big that you have come across in the day, they will certainly get a sweet smile on your face.
improve your mindset and stay happy

2. Adapt to happier habits.

To be happy you need to include various habits of an active and healthier lifestyle. Getting up early in the morning (obviously, after having 7-8 hours of enough sleep each night), exercising regularly will make your body feel good which will further make you happier.

adapt to happier habits

 3. Smile more and make time for happiness.

Though you can not work the whole day, so, need to explore the day and make time to chill out with your friends and family. If you find that meditating, yoga or listening to music make you happy then indulge in those activities very regularly.
smile and make time for happiness
Studies show that smiling more actually does make people happier, not only the one who is smiling but those who are with him/her will enjoy the company and will stay happy.

4. Spend more time outside and in pursuing your passion.

Nature has plenty of moments to make us feel happier, we just have to go out and explore them. Just breathing fresh air in an open ground and letting the sunshine fall on your face will help you in reducing stress.
Everyone will love to pursue their passion. If your passion is not your profession then take a look at your schedule and try to make time to follow your passion or dreams whether it is music, dancing, traveling, blogging etc.

5. Help others and do nice things to them.

Sometimes a simple gratitude can change the pursuit of happiness. Just helping an old man in crossing a busy road or feeding stray animals will make you feel accomplished. Live with the attitude of giving rather than taking, this will make you more happier than anything else.

                     6. Make time for "Me-time"

If you want to feel happier, then you have to let go everything else but you. You are the only best caretaker of yourself, you know everything about yourself and about what makes you happier?
take me-time regularly-to-be-happy
Always, make a time from your daily schedule for yourself. Fix an hour of the whole 24 hours day just for the "me-time" where you will analyze everything about you.
This will help you in exploiting all the negativity from your life and focus on the good experience which will make you more happier.

How to Join the 5am Club? 7 Easy Tips for Active Living

Easy tips for active and healthy lifestyle

Have you ever tried to join the 5 am club and go for a jog or walk without peeping into your laptop/mobile phones? Yes, all of us have tried this at least once in our lifetime and many have been failed at it miserably. We all know that an active lifestyle is the apt way of living but let’s face it, not many of us lead one.

Living an active life is important to staying healthy. Staying active helps to reduce your risk of conditions like heart disease, diabetes, and stroke and also helps you in being productive at work. Exercise has also been linked to improved mental, emotional and physical well-being.

It is no secret that the active lifestyle and proper nutrition can help you lead a longer,  healthier and more fulfilling life. A well-balanced diet of nutritious foods combined with regular physical activity can decrease your risk of developing certain chronic illnesses and can prevent many diseases.

People, it may seem difficult but some gradual steps towards leaving active and healthy life will make us joyful and content. Here are 7 super easy ways to lead an active  lifestyle:

1) Be your own motivation.

Stop letting an extra hour of sleep in the morning spoil your life. The trick is just to get  off your bed without any second thought and obviously, it will become your habit post few days of hardship.

2) Include fitness activities in your routine.

Pick an outdoor activity or a range of activities that you like doing the most and let that be a start. Incorporate healthy habits into your day to day life to reap maximum benefits. Pin one of those activities, say a jog or walk first thing to do in your daily calendar.

3) Add at least one buddy in your mission.

There may come one time when you will be exhausted due to your 9 to 5 job and think of skipping the morning walk for a day but that lazy one day may lead to unsuccessful abortion of the mission. To tackle such situations you need a buddy indeed whom will encourage you always. It will not only be super fun but will also inspire you to keep moving forward.

4) Take it slow.

If you haven’t been active in several years, start out slow. Always take precautions if you are suffering from any physical (or other) illness, consult your doctor before starting your workout.
Start with 15-20 minutes of sessions and then gradually increase the length of your sessions over time.

5) Adventure holidays will be a catalyst.

Be it a jungle trek, nature trail or mountain trails these activities have a mix of fun and leisure. While these holidays seem like the perfect excuse to kick back and relax, it need not be at the expense of your health.

6) Mix it up.

Following the same routine of fitness, activites can often lead to monotony. So the best way to keep up with your new found active living is by mixing up the activities every once in a while.
Many gyms and community centers offer free classes with a monthly membership. Not up for the gym? Look at your local sports stores for outdoor group activities. Take advantage of those opportunities.

7) Stretch and never overdo.

Stretching after a workout should always be part of your routine. Stretching improves flexibility and keeps your body ready for other tasks of the day. It may also cut your risk of injury or muscle cramps.
Also, you should avoid overdoing any fitness activities as per your body limits. This may lead to otherwise.

Staying active is one of the most important ingredients of a healthy life. You can dance while you watch TV, walk to the grocery store, or take stairs and avoid lifts. That’s all it takes! And once it becomes a way of life you will motivate others on how to live an active lifestyle and add towards your #EmotionalRelativity.

The key to winning is beginning. ~ Robin Sharma

How to be Productive at Work: 6 Easy Tips to Manage Time Effectively

Tips to manage time effectively and be productive at work

Meet Neil. He had no clue what was happening to him, was working very hard at the office to execute his tasks in time but nothing worked out. He remembers how he felt during that challenging time and says "It was incredibly discouraging and stressful. It made the job a lot more frustrating than it already was". After almost a year of feeling discouraged and confused  --- trying everything he could have --- he decided to take matters into his own hands.

"That night I had a very healthy and productive discussion of an hour with 'myself'. And the most important thing that came out of the talk was to 'don't panic at all'. Whenever you switch on your panic button, every little error seems a big blunder to you and that makes you loose focus from all the important stuff. Once the focus is lost you mix up all the tasks and most of them get delayed leading to unproductivity" said Neil.

Neil discovered many moves to reduce the pressure and tried very hard initially to make them his habit, now he works smartly and delivers great results in time and live a healthy & peaceful life. We have jotted down those simple tips to be productive at work for you so that you can learn them and try to achieve productivity and peace at your workplace. Here we go ---

1. Make priorities in the first 15 minutes.

Prioritizing the tasks helps you in reducing your workload almost by 50%, you would know what needs to be done earlier and later or can be shifted to the other day.
Always reserve the first 15 minutes of the work hours for prioritizing the tasks. create an excel sheet or Google spreadsheet (if needs to be shared with the team) for maintaining a timeline. This sheet could have columns for tasks, execution team, delivery date, points to be considered and feedback. This will help you in maintaining focus and not missing any important task.
P.S. - Always keep buffer time for all the tasks and assume that some new tasks would come in between in an emergency category.

2. Always eat the biggest frog first.

The task(s) which has become a worst nightmare for you needs to be finished first. It is a human tendency that whenever something keeps on poking you from inside, will reduce your focus on other things, getting rid of it as soon as possible would be better in any case. This task will be the first in the priority list you have prepared in the first 15 minutes.
Cheers! You have reduced 70% of your workload by successfully implementing these 2 steps by now.

3. Do not ever gossip with your dear colleagues in the first half.

The first half i.e., generally 9 am - 12 noon is the most productive period of the day, you need to streamline your overall schedules, prioritize the tasks, make official calls and send e-mails to clients or internal teams at this period of the day.
Also, gossiping may demotivate you or fill you up with negative vibes which would further lead to unproductive day and bad results in the execution of the tasks.
There may come one time when you would not want to work, which will make you hang out with colleagues and pass time. But you should try not to do that, instead of that you can have a cup of coffee and take a 'me time' in the first half and post that start with an interesting task which will motivate you to work hard for the day.
P.S. --- Always remember "you are the only creator of your destiny".

4. Always carry a notepad at the workplace.

A simple notebook can reduce your workload by being your non-living 'executive assistant' (or EA).
Make a rough hourly or daily checklist in your notepad, so that you can keep a track of all your priorities, pending work, calls to make, reminders and meetings etc. Keep checking the list continuously, add to it,  carry the pad along with you wherever you go in the office or out of the office (in work hours obviously!) and never mind if anyone calls you a 'waiter', it's for you not for them.

5. Never hesitate to tell your boss about the tight schedule.

It can only create trouble if you can not speak for yourself. Your boss is not going to kill you if you tell him that you can not do the new work assigned today and ask him/her to shift it for the other day or replace it with some existing work.
This will help you in being organized and find serenity amidst chaos.

6. Always love your job not your company.

Once a great scientist, philanthropist and one of the best presidents of India Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam stated that "Love your job but don't love your company, because you may not know when your company stops loving you".
You need to understand that all you need to be focused on is your work, KRAs or daily tasks and everything else come later. You should always maintain a work-life balance which will help you in never missing even a single drop of joyful life.
